  1. Wire (low-voltage wire, 60-600V)

  Types of wires:

  National standard line: QVR, QFR, QVVR, QBV, QBVV, etc.

  Japanese standard line: AV, AVS, AVSS, AEX, AVX, CAVUS, EB, TW, SHE-G, etc.

  German mark: FLRY-A, FLRY-B, etc.

  American standard line: SXL, etc.

  Commonly used standards include wires with a nominal cross-sectional area of 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 4.0, 6.0, etc.

2. Sheath

   The sheath (plastic shell), usually made of plastic, pierces the wire of the crimped terminal into it to ensure the reliability of the connection. The raw materials are mainly PA6, PA66, ABS, PBT, PP, etc.

3. Terminal

    A shaped hardware component, crimped on the wire to connect different wires together to transmit signals, divided into male terminals, female terminals, ring terminals round terminals.

  The raw materials are mainly brass bronze (brass is slightly lower in hardness than bronze), of which brass accounts for a larger proportion.

2. Sheath accessories: waterproof plug, blind plug, sealing ring, lock piece, buckle, etc.

3. Wire harness through-hole rubber parts

4. Cable ties (card nails)
